Underwater Food!

Sorry that Fridays post didn’t go up we had technical malfunctions.

Hello everyone, So this is the first blog post of underwater themed week.

It was very hard to think of a underwater themed healthy food ideas. Many hours of scrolling laboriously through pinterest. So without further-adoo our greatest find was a mermaid approved smoothie bowl. It is easy as so lets get to it!

Ingredients: For The Smoothie

1 Fresh Bannana                                                                                                                                         1 1 Cup Of Frozen Blueberries                                                                                                                       1 Cup Of Non-Sweetened Yougurt

Ingredients: For Toppings

1/2 Cup Of Coconut Shavings                                                                                                                      1 Dragon Fruit                                                                                                                                                 1/2 Cup Of Blueberries

To make the smoothie just chuck all the ingredients listed above ( for the smoothie ) and blend together at medium speed. After that is blended together pour into a bowl so we can start to add the toppings!

Cut up the dragon fruit, and lay pieces on top of the smoothie near the side of the bowl. Then wash your blueberries and scatter them round the edges of the bowl leaving space for the coconut shavings inbetween. Then lastly add the coconut shavings again near the edge inbetween the blueberries and dragon fruit. And there you have it a mermaid approved smoothie bowl!!!!
